Prepared a structural evaluation report and recommended design modifications to rehabilitate existing school buildings for the Newark School Board, New Jersey. The existing wood structure have been reported to date back to the 1860's.

Evaluation and design modifications to an existing shopping mall in Livingston, New Jersey for Livingston Manor Inc. The design modifications, which are currently underway, are being undertaken to accommodate modernization of the mall. Portions of the existing wood structure have been reported to date back to the 1800's.

Structural evaluation of an existing 4-story apartment building in Kearny, New Jersey for the Majax Corporation. The evaluation encompassed the support system for the fire escape stairways of the wood construction.

Structural evaluation of two existing 50,000 sq. ft. steel and wood industrial buildings in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey for Nassau Realty Corporation. The evaluation was undertaken after the partial collapse of one of the building roof systems.

Evaluated and designed the structural methodology to raise existing roof system (by 13' 8") of a steel and wood industrial building in Lebanon, New Jersey for Kinetic Energy, Inc. The purpose of the project was to increase storage space within the footprint of the existing structure. The approach undertaken resulted in savings of more than $IM over the cost of constructing another building.
